Now your issue is with Noble and Scout starting feats, namely Linguist and Shake it Off. As for Linguist, all you need is INT 13 to get it. It's not really that difficult to get that prerequisite.

So yeah, it's a serious investment (one or two of 7 or 8 "Free Feats"), but one that would certainly pay off.
