WebApr 27, 2024 · Turns on, then screen goes black. Sound working and you can see screen using bright flashlight. We got our LG 60 inch working again by turning the backlight setting down using these options: Gear Icon > ... > Picture > Picture Adjust > Backlight. Our Backlight was set at 100. I would suggest putting your backlight at 10 or less NOW.
