Webb21 jan. 2008 · Take the zerk out and with a small screwdriver or a stiff piece of wire root around the hole the fitting came out of, trying to loosen up the dirt or funky grease that's still in there. Squirt some penetrating oil in there to help loosen it up as you're doing it. Maybe blow it out with some air too. Put the zerk back in and try it. I could try to pull them out then spot weld it in, I could drill a new hole, spot weld a nut and screw a new grease fitting in the nut. I have a mini grease gun... Four in the bucket and 2 in the steering. I pulled the 4 pins in the bucket and used a small drill bit to clean out the plugged grease holes. These are good now.
