My phone turned black and won't turn on
Dec 14, 2024 · WebFeb 17, 2024 · Samsung screen came on fine so i put it down and went to put my son to bed, i came back about 10 mins later to a black screen and constant blue light, like its stuck on the load screen. I've left it on charge all night and tried to reboot it this morning (power button and volume down key) but still nothing but this blue light!! Please help!! = (
