Due to its very high wattage (threadripper-like wattage) only few chips support the 9000 FX's. 8350 is fine, and personally I prefer 8300 because I don't do demanding gaming, the heavy multithread runs by default at lower more efficient wattage, and the sparse core boost is just as good as 8350's.
