If Demetech can make a mask that meets or exceeds any of these standards, they can get it certified/advertise it by these standards. There's a Q&A section and DemeTech says it created its D95 because of consumer demand for ear loop respirators. Other than the ear loops, they say its the same material as their N95. FWIW, Lloyd Armbrust tested the filtration of DemeTech's N95 and got around 99.9%.
