I am wondering if there is any other software that can import the Abaqus .inp file and run the file independent of the Abaqus so I won't need any Abaqus license. or any other suggestion that helps me bypass this problem. If you want to use gmsh from the command line look here. For defining boudary conditions take a look here. I'm not 100% sure but I don't think you can define boundary conditions as such in gmsh.
