WebCreated on April 17, 2011 Does excel have a function for calculation of Cp/Cpk i.e. process capability indices? I have datas of one process characteristic-output Y. I would like to calculate Cp and Cpk for that process output but also to generate chart to see distribution of values. Is that possible in excel? Cp tells you if your process is capable of making parts … WebCreatine phosphokinase (CPK) is an enzyme in the body. It is found mainly in the heart, brain, and skeletal muscle. This article discusses the test to measure the amount of CPK in the blood. How the Test is Performed A blood sample is needed. This may be taken from a vein. The procedure is called a venipuncture.
WebZmin therefore becomes Zupper and Cpk is Zupper/3. Zupper = 3.316 (from above) Cpk = 3.316 / 3 = 1.10. A Cpk of 1.10 is more realistic than .005 for the data given in this example and is representative of the process. As this example illustrates, setting the lower specification equal to 0 results in a lower Cpk.
